Priority (routine) analysis reported in 3 days or less will be charged a 50% premium. Quoted prices good for 90 days. The liability of K & N Labs, Inc. shall not exceed invoice charges.

Pleast note: Late payment finance charge is 1-1/2% monthly (18% annually) on invoices over 30 days.
